Beat Out the Cardio with These Exercises

Starting Out the Cardio

Keep in mind that after you have followed through with the entire plan you read here today, you can increase the times you do each workout so you can push your body into a further cardio tornado. After you jump rope, you should be doing high knees for 1 minute. After that, you are going to be doing butt kicks for 1 minute and then jumping jacks for 1 minute. You should then do 20 burpees. After you have done all of these workouts, you should run for 10 minutes.

Kick it Up a Notch

You start this by jump roping for 1 ½ minutes and then doing high knees for 1 ½ minutes. Then you are going to do butt kicks for 1 ½ minutes and jumping jacks for 1 ½ minutes. Following these, you are going to do 10 push-ups and then 10 tricep dips. Then you will be running 10 minutes. Now you are going to be feeling it but you must keep going if you are going to beat out the cardio.

Push it All the Way

Now you are going to push yourself through the final plan for cardio workouts and you are going to make it. You will start this off by doing 2 minutes of jump roping and then 2 minutes of high knees. This may seem by now that you are about to fall over but don’t stop, just keep going. After the high knees, you should do 2 minutes of butt kicks and then 2 minutes of jumping jacks. You will then do 2 minutes of mountain climbers and 30 burpees. Last but not least, you should run for 5 minutes.

Congratulations! You didn’t pass out. You beat out the cardio. Now it should be mentioned that if you are a beginner, you may not make it all the way through this the first few times. However, with practice you are going to be the cardio king in no time. As long as every time you start doing this cardio workout plan, you push yourself as hard and as much as you possibly can, you are going to benefit from doing it.
