What are the home exercises you should fit into a work out plan?
If you are going to be working out at home, it is important that you have a plan. If you do not have a plan it is quite unlikely that you will stick to working out each day (or however many days you decide I the week to work out). Experts generally recommend that men work out 5 to 7 days out of the week. The home exercises you can incorporate into your daily work out plan include the following:
- 45-70 Jumping Jacks
- 15-30 Push-Ups
- 15-30 Burpees
- 20-40 Crunches
- 15-30 Squats
- 1 Minute Wall Sit
- 25-50 High Knees
It is recommended that you do these at least twice a day. That will help you to keep up your energy, motivation and most of all help you get fit. If you aren’t feeling these exercises in your body, you can increase them.
How to Get the Motivation?
If you are not motivated at home to do the above-mentioned exercises but you still don’t want to go to the gym, there are some things you can do. Some of these things you can do to increase your motivation to work out at home include the following:
- Ask a Buddy to Come Work Out with You
- Don’t Allow Yourself to Do Anything in the Day Until You Have Finished Your First Set of the Above-Mentioned Workouts
- Don’t Allow Yourself to Go Hang Out with Buddies Until You Have Finished Your Second Set of the Above-Mentioned Workouts
- Reward Yourself for Completing so Many Days in a Row of at Least 2 Sets (going to dinner, hanging out with buddies, going out, skipping a day or work outs, etc.)
These are some of the ways you can get motivated to work out at home. It is understandable that you may not have the time nor the yearning to go to the gym for your work outs. However, if you want to get fit you still must find a way to work out at home.
Look at the above-mentioned work outs and get going on them starting today! You can do them and you know you want to so you can become more muscular and fit.
